I think Polish legal environment will not disappoint you as far as industrial design regulation is concern. It is because our law is quite similar to world regulations concerning the subject. It is state-of-the-art so to speak. And Poland is party to Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs. As you surely know, the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs allows to register a design in few dozen countries through filing single international application. So there is whole range of possibilities what provides a practical business solution for every entrepreneur interested in Polish market. And is not to be mistaken with utility model of course!
